The sale of the Guardway Business Unit includes a selection of workshop equipment used in the fabrication of Guardway system components. The following machinery is included:
- Ficep Super 14 Punch Machine – 29-ton punch press for metal fabrication.
- Makita Drop Saw & Roller Set – Essential for cutting and processing aluminium profiles.
- Hayes Spida Saw – Suitable for cutting aluminium and structural components.
- Punch Brake – Used for forming and bending metal components.
Additional Considerations:
- Pipe bender capable of forming aluminium tubes up to 60mm diameter with a 3mm wall thickness is not included but would be required for ongoing fabrication.
- Welding plant is also not included in the sale.
- Milling Machine – Suitable for precision machining of aluminium components.
- Aluminium Linisher – Used for surface finishing of aluminium components.
- Boring Machine – 35mm capacity, used for drilling operations.
- Aluminium Linisher – Used for surface finishing of aluminium components.
This equipment provides the necessary tools to continue manufacturing Guardway system components, either as a standalone operation or as part of an existing fabrication business.
